Gran hallazgo sobre la televisión cubana de los años 50's !!!

Van a poder ver como Cuba en 1959 estaba a la altura de los Estados Unidos en cuanto a television se refiere... hasta la serie mundial de Baseball y el avion que se equip.ó para esa osadia tecnológica vale bien la pena verlo. 

Yo al menos JAMAS lo habia visto antes...

Debo aclarar que aunque la,narracion es muy mala y antigua, vale la pena destacar los textos y argumentos que se ezbosan este video.

Estreno en Circuito Cerrado de la Televisión en Cuba Diciembre 3 al 10 solo $2 la entrada.

Esto es SENSACIONAL… ahora si puedo decir que CUBA  fue el primer país de América Latina en transmitir imagenes en televisión

 Esto vídeo que van a ver fue en 1946 que el entonces magnate Julio Vega, segundo esposo de María de los Angeles Santana quiso verla en circuito cerrado y se hizo la transmisión para que el pudiera verla en Broadway como una prueba con micro onda que llevo a Cuba la señal. Con el experimento se situaba Cuba como el primer país en Transmitir en Circuito cerrado la imagen que se pusieron varios televisores y se cobró la entrada a $ 2 la sesión en vivo y se situaron varios televisores en un dealer de autos Dodge que estaba en la recién inaugurada Rampa en 23 y P Vedado.

Hay anécdotas que fueron muy simpáticas que las  personas trataban de mirar detrás de la caja de madera con la pantalla por detrás de los televisores a ver si veían a “la gente”.

Aclaro que esto fueron transmisiones experimentales porque el orden de paises en tener televisión inaugurada de manera oficial es la siguiente:

México Julio 1950 Canal 5 Después pasó a ser Televisa 

Brazil Agosto 1950 con Teletupy

Cuba Octubre 24 1950 UNIÓN RADIO CANAL 2 de Gaspar Pumarejo

CIRCUITO CMQ , Diciembre 18 1950 Canal 6 de los Hnos Mestre.

Si se fijan,  en la fechas, habia una competividd tal que era de un mes a dos la diferencia

History is in the making with “Good Night & Good Luck” on Broadway! with record audience !

WHY TELL THIS STORY NOW?

Clooney and Heslov wrote the 2005 screenplay as a response to the United States actions in the Iraq War. Unfortunately, the universal themes of speaking truth to power are more relevant now than ever.

“I think it’s a story that you can keep telling over and over,” Heslov told CBS’s 60 Minutes. “I don’t think it will ever thematically get old.”

They chose to adapt the story for the stage because of the Trump administration’s actions to discredit the media. While the president laments so-called “fake news,” journalists play an important role in educating the public and keeping public officials honest.

“When the other three estates fail, when the judiciary and the executive and the legislative branches fail us, the fourth estate has to succeed,” Clooney added during the 60 Minutes interview.

He went on to say that a recent ABC News settlement with the Trump administration was scary. In a similar vein, CBS is trying to get a $20 billion lawsuit that claims 60 Minutes committed election interference dismissed.

Additionally, Trump continues to cherry-pick which outlets get access to him while attempting to defund news organizations such as NPR.

“We’re seeing this idea of using government to scare or fine, or use corporations to make journalists smaller,” Clooney explained.

Clooney’s father, Nick Clooney, was a respected broadcast journalist. The younger Clooney followed in his father’s political-party footsteps and is a lifelong Democrat.

HOW CAN I WATCH OR STREAM THE BROADWAY PLAY LIVE?

Because this story is so personal to Clooney, he is doing his part to bring the show’s important and timely message to an even wider audience beyond the Big Apple. He partnered with CNN to accomplish this. 

Thanks to 20 cameras and 14 camera operators, audiences around the world can feel like they are in the room where it happened.

“I can’t tell you how exciting it is to do something that’s never been done. CNN is the perfect place to bring this story of courage to so many more people than we could have ever hoped. Live TV. No net. Buckle up everyone,” Clooney stated in a press release.

Before the metaphorical curtain rises, CNN’s Pamela Brown will host a pre-show outside of the Winter Garden Theatre, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.

The play will begin at 7 p.m. ET and runs an hour and 40 minutes, with no intermission. After the play, CNN’s Anderson Cooper will host a special, discussing the current state of journalism. He will be joined by a slew of notable guests including Connie Chung and Marvin Kalb.

Traditional cable subscribers can watch the pre-show, play, and post-show discussion on CNN and CNN International. 

Cord-cutters can stream the theatrical experience on CNN.com/GoodNightGoodLuck and do not need a cable login. It will also be available on HBO Max at all subscription levels.

GOOD NIGHT AND Good LUCK SE APODERA DE NY en su puesta en escena en VIVO en Broadway en l pasado Junio 7.

Broadway se vistió de largo al presentar la obra “Good Night and Good Luck” la cual se transmitió en vivo por CNN por primera y única presentación el pasado 7 de Junio.

Fue récord de audiencia para CNN que le viene de maravilla por sus bajos ratings en la programación regular. Hay que subrayar que al parecer con programas como este, la serie de  Eva Longoria y contenidos más balanceados, CNN se está reinventando porque al parecer esta dando un vuelco más hacia al centro y lo hace en momentos en que pasamos por un gobierno autoritario, casi sin escrúpulos.

La recreación de la época en el set de apodera de la atención de uno ya sea en el teatro donde el precio oficial de las entradas costaban entre $199 hasta $799.

Aquí verán lo que les digo y por que CBS se lució junto al Diseñador de Escenografía Scott Pask.

       El último clip no tiene desperdicio por la situación política que vive el país y el anti trompismo de Patti Lupone en la entrevista que le hace en Actor’s on Actors, están geniales ambos!

UN VIAJE DE IRAKERE A  NY CAMBIARON LAS REGLAS DEL JUEGO PARA SIEMPRE, DE ESTOS INQUIETOS JOVENES… YA QUE A MEDIADOS DE LOS 70’s LOS PICÓ EL BICHO DEL NORTE CON UNA MÚSICA QUE ES LIBRE DE POR SI PORQUE EL JAZZ ESTÁ BASADO EN LA IMPROVISACIÓN Y A PESAR DE PARECER UNA CARRERA CONTRA EL SISTEMA, LOGRARON COMPRAR TIEMPO PORQUE INCORPORARON LA MÚSICA AFROCUBANA AL JAZZ… EN NY SE CONOCIÓ COMO AFRO CUBAN JAZZ INCORPORANDO TAMBORES BATÁ CON INFLUENCIA YORUBA AL REPERTORIO DE IRAKERE

ENTONCES EL ÉXODO DEL MARIEL ESTREMECIO LOS CIMIENTOS DE LA REVOLUCIÓN Y ASI Y A CUENTA GOTAS, ALGUNOS DE LOS PRINCIPALES SE FUERON DEL PAÍS COMO SE SALE DE CUBA, COMO SE PUEDE Y CUANDO SE PUEDE, NO CUANDO QUIERES Y SIN ENTRAR EN EL POR QUÉ HUBO ESTA SEPARACIÓN, LO CIERTO ES QUE YA SE ENCUENTRAN TOCANDO OTRA VEZ  JUNTOS, ES MOTIVO DE CELEBRACIÓN PORQUE EN EL PROGRAMA AHORA CON OSCAR HAZA EN MEGA TV, QUIEN COMO TODO UN CABALLERO, NO TOCÓ EL TEMA DE LA SEPARACIÓN APROVECHANDO AL MÁXIMO LA REUNIÓN DE VERLOS JUNTOS POR PRIMERA VEZ, PORQUE LA REUNIÓN AUNQUE SE HIZO EN EL PROGRAMA “AHORA CON OSCAR HAZA” DE CIERTA FORMA LA REUNIÓN OFICIAL SERÁ EL VIERNES 9 EN EL ADRIANNE CENTER.
